These cylindrical mugs are wheelthrown and made from 300grams of iron rich stoneware clay. The handle they Wheel thrown and trimmed, each cup is made from sturdy stoneware clay and fired to cone 10 - 1282c.

Finished in a striking glaze that resembles quail eggs the beautiful stoneware glaze breaks gently on the rim of the lip of each cup. Each cup is completely made & glazed by hand so each cup although very similar to each other will have slight variations in glaze finish and dimensions.

All of the ceramics I produce are made from sturdy stoneware and all items are dishwasher safe and food safe. I would urge you to wash all of your hand made ceramics by hand. Although I make my ceramics to be used everyday, dishwashers can be a very harsh environment for your treasured ceramics.
